We are seeking dedicated coaches and consultants who are committed to changing the way the world works to be certified to deliver the Lights-On Leadership© program into organizations.

Our certification program is intended to provide you with a deep understanding of how to see, sense and use energy as a primary life and work strategy. You will learn the tools and system that will allow your clients to create a powerful shared vision with their team. You will be able to teach them a system that has everyone on the team engaged with the shared purpose and a riveting focus on doing the actions to make it happen.

You will learn about:

• Facilitating a Lights-On Leadership© visioning retreat for leaders and teams
• Energy fields, energy patterns and how they are critical to individual and workplace behaviors
• How to look for Lights-On energy and teach this to your clients
• How Lights-On Leadership© uses whole brain thinking to keep vivid visions operating in concert with strategies and tactics
• The Clarity Attention Guide and Balance Sheet to guide your clients to understanding and changing any ineffective thoughts and behaviors
• The process of Peer Coaching to help leaders and teams create powerful shared visions
• Guiding your clients to be intentional and create the attraction energy needed to achieve their vision
• How to help your clients create a Lights-On Culture
• Lights-On Leadership© tools that clients will use daily to maintain that culture
• How to use Lights-On Leadership© to create on-going coaching opportunities within organizations

Lights-On Leadership© Certification Program includes:

• Four day LOL Certification training to deeply ground you in the system including presentation, marketing and delivery
• Six months of individual and group support coaching teleconference calls
• Unlimited coaching support with Cathy and Gary Hawk, as needed
• Right to use the Lights-On Leadership© brand name and certification in your marketing and sales programs
• Right to offer seminars, workshops and team retreats using the Lights-On Leadership© process
• On-going marketing training and support
